Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the integrated planning process for an enterprise roadmap
• Portfolio Governance planning, create insights reflecting the integrated plan.
• Support the enterprise portfolio risk management processes for portfolio risk
• Work closely with enterprise capability teams, delivery managers, program and project managers accountable for the integrated planning process.
• The roles responsibility is to ensure ensure alignment to strategies, business plans and technology roadmaps.

Educational Requirements

PMP, PRINCE2, Masters in Project Management, SAFe

Experience Requirements

• 10 + years experience managing multiple projects managers with portfolio management & program management experience
• 7+ years with direct management of more than 20 Project Managers
• Financial services experience working in a portfolio capacity
• Understanding project methodologies and change, PMP, SAFe

Additional Requirements

• Demonstrable the ability to lead others successfully through people, process, and worked in transformation change
