Job Responsibilities

  • Develop new creative ideas and concepts
  • Design engaging and eye-catching ads that grab the attention of the target audience and encourage them to take action.
  • Modify package and label designs for supplement products
  • Create visually compelling graphics for social media and other digital advertising platforms that align with the brand's visual identity, tone, and messaging.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement creative campaigns that meet business objectives and drive results.
  • Work with the copywriter to ensure that the visuals and messaging are aligned and deliver a clear and concise message.
  • Use data and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of the ads and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Collaborate with other designers and stakeholders to develop design systems, guidelines, and templates for ads that ensure consistency and quality.
  • Manage and organize design files and assets in a way that facilitates easy access and retrieval for future use.
  • Adhere to deadlines for upcoming projects and campaigns

Job Context

We have a graphic designer team currently and we are expanding it during first half this year. We also expect expansion of this team even more during second half this year.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Experience Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a focus on paid ad creatives.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro).
  • Strong design skills with the ability to create visually compelling graphics.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest design trends, best practices, and technologies.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates a range of design skills and experience.
